On November 19, 1993, Yuan Zhimin, Songzimeng ,Li Nanjing gathered in a
shabby room which is only one more than 20 square meters in the east street of
Tianhe scienece and technology , researching ,developing and producing
high-performance modified plastics products, formally opened the pioneering work of Kingfa scienece and technology
.
In May 1994, Kingfa started scale production hiring two small factories and two extruder in South Gang Lithopone plant ,Huangpu District, under the help of company's tireless efforts, the company's products gradually won the trust of customers, so they had the first stable batch of customers of their own.
In October, 1995, Kingfa moved to Huangzhou industrial zone, expanded the production area to 1,500 square meters, and also purchased the first production equipment of their own.
Early 1996, the company conducted the first distribution of shares and determined the company's ownership structure, making
core staff become masters of enterprise and greatly mobilized the enthusiasm of the staff.
At the end of 1996, early 1997, the company relocated to Huangcun industrial zone a fourth time, expanded production plant to nearly 5,000 square meters

On 1998 Spring Festival, Kingfa held an enlarged meeting of shareholders, identified company¡¯s vision objectives ¡ª"create the world brand, built 100 years Kingfa ".
In April 1998, Kingfa cellected land with an area of 48 mu
in the Gao Tang industrial zone , constructed more than 40,000 square meters of the plant and research center.
In August 1999, Kingfa had completed the fifth relocation ,
since then it had his own production base and the history of hiring plant for production had become past.
May 3, 2001, Kingfa completed the transformation
of shareholding system, Guangzhou Science and Technology Development Limited company has been changed into Kingfa scienece and technology Co., Ltd.
In October 2001. Kingfa established Shanghai Kingfa covering an area of 138 acre in Zhujiajiao Town,Qingpu District ,Shanghai. |

In March 2002, Kingfa invested building two projects, put into formal operation in October. Expanded their scale of production to more than 70 production lines, the company has become China's largest modified plastics manufacturers.
On June 23, 2004, A shares of Kingfa was listed in Shanghai successfully, first issued 45 million shares. has become China's first listed company in modified plastics industry.
In 2004, western technology production base of Kingfa -- Mianyang changXin new materials Development Company was established. Kingfa ,formed east, south and west of the production pattern in China for Kingfa.
On August 1, 2005, equity division reform program of Kingfa was overwhelmingly approved eventually, The program has became the first G-share company of Guangdong province. |

At the end of 2005, the third Cterm project of Kingfa was basically completed, on April 18, 2006. Phase III new office building was officially being put into use.

On May 24, 2006. "China Securities News" and Tsinghua University business research center launched the 2005 annual consolidated
China's listed companies Performance Ranking announced. Kingfa Technology (600143) to with a score of 73.12 , ranked No. 99.By the "Shanghai Securities News" selection of the 2005 crop year on the card-100 listed companies, Kingfa ranked "merit Billboard Top 100 Companies" section 48, "sustained high growth companies Billboard Top 100" 33.
From May 24, 2006 to 25, 2006. the second annual session of non-metallic materials of the Chinese Institute of automobile vehicles udertaken by Kingfa was held at Phoenix hotel of Guangzhou City.
2006/07 On July 26, 2006, the Ministry of Science and Technology, SASAC and the China Federation of Trade Unions announced the first batch of 103 enterprises list who launched innovative pilot . Kingfa became the only one private enterprise of Guangzhou City entering the country's first batch of "innovative pilot enterprises" list.
On August 9, 2006, "Forbes", the Chinese version of China's top enterprises list with
A total of 100 Chinese enterprises on it . Kingfa ranked No. 89, and this is the first time for Kingfa to be on the Forbes list .
On October 18, 2006, Phase IV Scientific projects of Kingfa commenced and new production bases would be located in the Scientific City, covering 531 acres, design eight workshops, the annual production capacity was expected 400,000 tons. |
