Ningbo Kingfa Cooperates with Zhejiang Energy Group: Zhejiang Energy Builds Station, Ningbo Kingfa Offers Hydrogen

On August 15th, Ningbo Kingfa and Zhejiang Energy Group signed the “Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement on Hydrogen Energy Utilization between Zhejiang Energy Group Co., Ltd. and Ningbo Kingfa Advanced Materials Co., Ltd.”. The announcement shows that the two sides will establish important strategic partnership to give full play to their respective advantages and carry out hydrogen energy supply cooperation.  

This cooperation is to further implement the company's development strategy of “strengthen the middle, expand the two ends, lead the technology, and leapfrog the development”. It does not involve entering new industries, does not change the direction of the main business, does not belong to major changes in business scope, and will not exert significant impact on business structure or net profit in current year. The impact on the company's future business structure and operating results will depend on the signing, approval and implementation of the specific cooperation contracts between the two parties.
